An Australian Shepherd recovering from Myxosarcoma. Badger (or “Mr B”) is a 9 year old Aussie Shepherd. He has lived with his two humans, James & Libby, for 18 months.

Day 26 – Not too bad

Tripawds is a user-supported community. Thank you for your support!

Another couple of days of not too much change, which at the moment seems like a good thing.
We are due for a checkup with his surgeon this week. Hopefully she will have good things to say.
He does seem to be in a little bit more pain but I think it might be muscular. Once we get his wound stable, Prince Badgington will be hitting the gym!

(Apologies for the lack of photos with this entry. I’ve hit my photo limit & need to decide whether to upgrade to a supporter account.)

Yeah, holding steady and not going backwards is a good thing😎
Just continue with gentle massaging. Maybe put a warm towel out of the dryer and massage over that.

Hoping for a good report from the Vet. It’s time, right??
And yeah, the “Supporter” blog gives you unlimited photos (I think) and unlimited tech support.

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

Hey Mr. B & people, I agree, sometimes no change is just what we need for some relief. Glad to hear things are stable and I hope that pain doesn’t cause you too much achiness.

About the photos…we understand money is probably tight right now , so if you can’t do a supporter blog status to cover photos hosting costs, that’s totally OK. We want you to keep blogging so all you need to do is put your photos on a photo sharing site like and then you can embed the pics here by copying/pasting the image into your blog post. Let me know if that makes sense. Can’t wait to see another pic!

I should be ok but yeah, it’s definitely a time for considering the bank balance. Massive job losses in Australia as all “non essential services” shut down.
